To book, $500 is needed. This will offset the rental. Cancellation and full refund must be earlier than 14 days from commencement of tenancy.
Deposit $1000 is payable on arrival.
Other units are more expensive as they are located downtown.

The price of serviced apartments near mount elizabeth is out of the budget as these ones are in high demand and in close proximity to Orchard Road and the Central Business District. Also as they are rented on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability.
